Procedure for conducting consultation appointments of patients in the outpatient department:
- A mandatory requirement for providing a scheduled consultation with a specialist doctor and/or conducting additional examination methods is an electronic referral from the family doctor (in the form of SMS or on paper). Only in this case, the consultation will be free of charge to the patient under the “medical guarantee program”.
- If there is no electronic referral, the patient has the right to use the paid service.
- Applying to the institution, you must have a passport or other identity document with you.
- In quarantine conditions, it is mandatory to observe anti-epidemic measures (wearing a mask, safe distance, hygienic hand disinfection, etc.).
